Every 8 working hours or once a day, winding inspection is required.Inspection items include:
• loose bolts, oil leaks, damaged parts, defective parts and worn parts
• check the overall condition of the work tools
• shake each member
• check the overall condition of the hydraulic system
• check bracket for loose bolts or missing bolts
• check the condition of hydraulic lines and joints
• check the hydraulic flange for appropriate torque
• check the drill stem and lower bushing for wear
• replace any damaged or worn parts before operating the hammer
Check the following three items every 10 working hours or once a week
1) check the hydraulic device
• check hydraulic lines for damage or wear
• check hydraulic joints for damage or leakage
• check connection hose for damage or wear
• check all fixtures
• replace any damaged or worn parts before operating the hammer
Check hydraulic gear
2) drill rod inspection
• remove drill rod from crushing hammer
• check the drill rod for wear and remove burrs if necessary.Check the slot of the locating pin to remove any burrs
• check the locating pin to remove burrs on the locating pin. If the locating pin is excessively worn, please replace it
• measure the size of rod B in area A. If the wear limit is exceeded, please replace it

3) bushing inspection
• clean the inside of the bushing
• for large crushing hammers, if the first groove (1) is worn and the second groove (2) is visible, it can be rotated • 90 degrees to be reused. If both grooves (1) and (2) are worn, bushing must be replaced
• for small crushing hammers, the bushing must be replaced if size (A) exceeds the wear limit
